This decree is to state that all standing corporate contracts between the USA and Nations known as Iraq and Syria, where there has been military conflict are now null and void.

Any sites where there are guards protecting sites, they can be gracefully told to depart from protecting US interests.

Those nations and leaders of those nations are now able to engage in rebuilding negotiations with any other nation or commercial interest that they see spiritually fit to operate in their lands.

This Decree will be known as the ‘Babylon Clean Up’ Decree.
