This decree is to formally prohibit any being in the lands of the USA or Israel from operating any form of Geographical Targeting Technology in the Lands of Australia.

I am not using the term GPS because there are probably a range of systems and ways this tech works. So I will use the term Geographical Targeting Technology to Cover Any Tech that allows people to target, track or follow individuals as they are in their home or outside of their home.

This decree is being written due to the acute abuse of such technologies coming from corporations operating from the USA.

Corporations Utilising such technologies may be involved in
– Stalking of Individuals, families or children for occult purposes
– Occult Harassment
– Targeted Sexual Assault
– Surveillance
– Delaying, Distracting etc
– Theft of Business Activity Data.

Over time I will be highlighting corporations with histories of criminal activity in this area. We expect other people who have had bad experiences in this area to do the same.

US or Israeli Companies who continue using such technologies in our lands will be issued with shut down orders.

All such use of technologies in our nations need to come out of nations that through historical conduct are trusted in our land. America and Israel do not Qualify and will not for a long time.
