This is just a short but Important Health message for the general public to inform people that Bananas contain insufficient levels of Vitamin D. Less than levels required to sustain basic human health.
Consumers are advised to find alternate sources of Vitamin D. As in Alternate sources other than Bananas.
I know it’s difficult dietary and health news to digest but it appears to from my sources be accurate.
Banana’s will not give you sufficient intake of Vitamin D for your health requirements.
I will not direct you to more suitable sources of Vitamin D in this post but cover that in future articles.
