This applies to African Tribes that have a history of travelling to the lands of Israel and engaging in Trade Relations with the Lands of Israel.

It is expected that the spiritual leaders of Africa embark on this.

The purpose is really only to have any political manipulation of such men removed from Society. There is no need for any type of Punishment. Realistically they should be secluded, given a copy of the bible and removed from communications systems.

African Tribes and Individuals who have maintained close relations with the State of Israel have not been sealed in the book of the living during the time of Judgement.
