I would suggest that as it is diverted into Nations not currently held under a period of Judgment, it is diverted to:

– Media operators that demonstrate a history of ethics in media.
– Media operators that demonstrate they are able to lead and train youth in areas of film and media production of all styles.
– That a preference be shown to traditional leaders of nations both Native and European in descent.

All current US Based Film and Media Production Facilities operating in our nations are to cease operations and all assets held by those corporations are to come under the operations of our people.
