NSW Policing Forces have been implicated in Arrest practices that are understood to be in violation of human rights in Australia.

Policing forces will define Arrest Processes that are uniform and compliant with human rights standards.

Once they have done this they will publicly communicate them so that young people that are for example in a ‘Party’ stage of life
know what the formal policing process is.

If they don’t I will personally be specifying the process in a Design Decree so that violations of human rights within organisations that are only designed to provide a societal function can be flagged and addressed.
