We will look at doing that when I have personally had the time to publish new policy in that area. Some of that policy will be along the lines of what I call design decrees with specific instructions, procedures and policies.

Until I have had time to do that defence orders against police officers stand.
I have not yet seen a significant spirit of apology, repentance or regret coming from in the police forces.

It is not the hugest priority for me and when I get to publishing design decrees it is going to take a bit more of my time.
